How much will it cost?
There is no easy answer here. It all depends on what the project requires. We will work with you to provide an estimate of time and expense that stays within your budget and for those times when something might be too expensive we’ll tell you right away. No bait and switch here!
Do you make web banners?
We do! Static, animated, 8000 different sizes… let us know your specs and we’ll make you some awesome and effective web graphics!
Can you take my child’s Senior Photos?
Absolutely! But… if it’s outside of the Sioux Falls, SD area travel expenses may be required.
How about audio editing?
100%! While we don’t do any recording in house, we work with several Voice Over specialists and are very familiar with audio editing. Video needs sound after all!
I have some footage for you, how can I get it to you?
There are several ways we can take footage. Either send it to us on a drive and we can send the drive right back when we’re done, or we can set up a dedicated Dropbox for you to upload to. That’s just a couple of options, we can talk over the specifics on a project by project basis, but don’t worry… we can take your footage.
How can I review our video and can we make changes?
At least one round of revisions is baked into the cost, with additional revisions at a small additional cost. We use a web-based review site called Frame.io to post our videos for review. There you can leave comments at precise times to make the review/revision process easy as can be.
How does the payment process work?
Occasionally, depending on the scope of the project, we will as for half payment upfront to cover costs, but usually it’s when the project is completed and everything is signed off that we’ll send you an invoice to be paid. Checks & electronic bank transfers are our preferred method of taking payments, but we can work with you to find what works for you. Unfortunately we are unable to take credit cards at this time.
